Year after year I am in awe of the images of fireworks that are posted all over the internet around the 4th of July in the US. This year I decided I'd bring my camera and tripod with me and take some shots of my own.
I was just as excited by what I was accomplishing with my camera as I was by the show, which I do understand is not always ideal for the non-photographers who are sharing the moment with me. Luckily, my family was very patient and supportive.
